EXPERIENCE

MONGOLIA V.E.T. NET NGO (2004-present)

Business Advisor for the Mongolian NGO. Working with Christian Veterinary Mission to help develop the NGO. Currently works with 44 employees, obtains grants, and oversees finances. Works with Christian Veterinary Mission to develop Veterinarians and Educators to do training in all states of Mongolia. Works to obtain grants, develop and control budget, manage and develop facilities, develop a national veterinary drug and equipment distribution system. Mentors, trains and disciples Mongolia staff.  

BIGFOOT MARKETING, Inc. (1983-present)

  • Executive Vice President and corporate secretary of Bigfoot Marketing, Inc., a minority Marketing and Utility Consulting company dealing in oil, gas, petroleum, and refined products.
  • Energy management consulting company for improved energy usage and savings. Specialize in energy rates and tariff review with recommended improvement.
  • Innovative energy solutions to energy conservation needs.
  • Consultant responsible for $150 million per year trading of natural gas.

TULSA AIRPORT AUTHORITY – ASSISTANT & AIRPORTS DIRECTOR (1973 – 1983)

  • Responsible for financial development of two major airport general revenue bond issues in the amounts of $47 and $30.93 million.
  • Developed 20 year master plan for two major Tulsa airports, including noise control plan, operations plan, security plan, policy manual, rules and regulations, and training plans for fueling, spill prevention, disaster and other staff planning.
  • Lobbyist in Washington on airport and city matters. Annually reduced airport expense for each year of a five-year period by over 9% when compared to first year.
  • Constructed $76 million worth of improvements on Tulsa airports.
  • Negotiated $500 million in contracts, obtained $55 million in federal grants and obtained a gift to the city of $30 million.
  • Directly responsible for 126 employees, indirectly responsible for 19,000 employees.
  • Managed annual budget of over $20 million and managed a trust of over $800 million in value.
