In This Issue: Cultural Experience - Soup Kitchen

The cooks above pause for a picture with Ron Jones, a business owner from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.  For the past seven years, the Armenian people have been able to serve one hot meal a day for their elderly people that are living on a fixed income.  The American business team was able to leave some funds for this project.

Below, Robert Sutton, a businessman with more than 28 years of service to a major oil company in Tulsa, is grinning as he holds up the bottle of Coca-Cola. The meal of potato soup, chicken, and all the trimmings was an excellent meal.

Gary Shotton, John McNally, Ron Jones, and Vit Michka enjoyed this meal at the soup kitchen along with some of our Armenian brothers.

The plan for 2007 is to have several teams go directly to Armenia and help Pastor Garik and his team.

Pray with us according to this scripture: Proverbs 19:7 "The Law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making the simple wise". God has a plan for every person on earth and it starts with salvation.  But then we are to grow up into a knowledge of Him and our calling in the Body of Christ.
