In This Issue: Challenging Times for the women of Belarus

Belarussian State University, the oldest and largest in the former soviet republic of Belarus, spreads its influence to not only current students, but also to the community.  Recognizing the needs of orphans and abused women, Svetlana and Valentina head up social programs to help.  They seek partnership with local and foreign humanitarian aid organizations to network with their efforts.

One international problem that prevails is the human trafficking of women to other countries.  BSU endeavors to educate women on the potentials that exist when they are solicited to leave the country for 'work', only to end up in abusive and compromising lifestyles that they never expected.  International Networx & Global Business Success Foundation, during a recent business mission trip, encouraged these strong women to continue in their efforts.
