We invite you to be a part of one of the upcoming Business Mission Trips to Mexico. Our Business Hosts, Tim and Roberta Rovenstine, are ready willing and able to host a fabulous trip for the standard 8-days or a shorter trip of only 5-days. Tim has long term relationships with many of his friends that he has made after living and working in Mexico for more than 30 years. Each January, thousands of monarch butterflies net in the mountains near the Rovenstine home make an exciting cultural experience to go along with the hard work. Also, in March of each year, we the Business Women in the Marketplace event proves to be an exciting time for leading ladies to fellowship and share business concepts that have made them successful. In April (dates to be announced) in Morellia, Mexico for all businessmen and women.
This is a great opportunity for you to use your business skills to help our neighbors to our south as they strive to improve their way of life and stop the need for a move to the USA. In each of these trips, a specific effort will be made to reach the young business professionals and entreprenuers between the ages of 25 and 40. This group is Mexico’s hope for the future and with your help, we can change some of the mindset that has been permiating throughout Mexico.
You will visit existing businesses owned by Christians and talk with them one-on-one about problems and challenges that they face every day. It is a great exchange of ideas and is a great way to stop the hand-out but give a hand-up. Business visits will be taylored to match your business type, when at all possible.
For those that would like to speak at a church service, you will be given the opportunity to lead a Sunday morning service, when the situation permits. You will see that the Christian teaching has reached a pretty high level but the is most needed is “implementation”.
