Guatemala: Trip to in May, 2005

This Business Mission Trip to Guatemala is during the Memorial Day Holiday so you will only miss 4 days of work and we guarantee that this trip will be one that will be very “memorable”.

The trip will include:

Business Mentoring – Share your business skills in teaching sessions like the ones shown below.  On left – “Change Management being taught to students at CENDE and on the right a business class for military personal being discharged, taking early retirement.

Business Visitations - You will visit a number of businesses and learn some of the challenges that face the business owners of Guatemala. Maria (below, right) was raised on a coffee farm and understands how to grow, sort, and roast coffee to maximize the flavors.  She is an entrepreneur that started very small and now has her own coffee shop. She continues to teach her workers (below, left) about customer service.

University Lectures- The students of Guatemala (below) are eager to learn business techniques from America.  You can help shape their lives with encouragement.

Cultural Events – For those that want an exciting side trip, we are making plans for you to go to either the Mayan Indian Ruins or old city of Antigua.

It is our desire and prayer that the Christian businesspeople of Guatemala see that God has called them to a very important role within the Body of Christ and that they will have the wisdom to see that calling and walk in it.  We desire to come along side of these people to encourage them and assist them in being used of God to reach their countries for Christ.
